Are you our next financial administrator?

In this role, you are an important link in the financial process, where accuracy is paramount. Do you ensure strict accounting and see opportunities to do things faster, more efficiently, or better? Then we are looking for you!

 

As a financial administrative employee, you are responsible for maintaining the financial administration but also effortlessly taking care of invoicing to our customers. You understand how the dynamic environment of an interactive agency works and like to think along or go a step further so that our processes run efficiently.

🚀 What are you going to do?

  • Accounting and organizational processing of purchase and sales invoices, bank transactions, budget, and budget monitoring;
  • Invoicing to customers and maintaining accounts receivable administration;
  • Ensure timely payments to suppliers and employees;
  • Together with the accountant, you are responsible for up-to-date accounting in all facets.

🎯 What are you bringing?

  • You preferably have a completed MBO or equivalent education in a
  • financial field and/or at least 3 – 5 years of experience in a comparable position;
  • Knowledge of Moneybird is a plus;
  • Some knowledge of human resources is a plus;
  • Analytical and accurate with good communication skills;
    Get-the-job-done mentality.
