The General Concept

Toblerone is a Swiss chocolate bar made with honey and almond nougat. Created in 1908 by Theodor Tobler, Toblerone is now available worldwide and is instantly recognized thanks to its unique chocolate peak shape and unmistakable packs. Mondelez WTR is introducing a new flavour for the Toblerone 360g bar, combining milk chocolate with orange peels covered with ginger. Made in Switzerland with an unexpected twist! Toblerone Gingery Orange 360g bar will be available in global travel retail from April 2020.

Moyosa was enlisted by the project organizers to create a booster for audience engagement. The idea was to create cool and fun social media filters for a new taste of Toblerone- Toblerone Gingery Orange. The activation was based around the idea of orange, chocolate and ginger aroma puffs of air so the shopper gets an immersive experience with the new flavors. The effect separates people from their background, it is replaced by the yellow background with the logo overhead and slogan underneath. Furthermore, special glasses are placed on the people using face recognition technology. With chocolate frames in the unique peak shape these glasses presents the brand image perfectly.


Social media engagement has emerged as one of the most important keys to connect with your targeted audiences. We hope this filter will help Toblerone to connect with the targeted audiences.
