Painting your house or repaving your driveway can be a daunting task. Choosing the right color, finish, and materials can be overwhelming, and it can be challenging to compare different options. While stores offer swatches for painting, it’s not as easy for repaving driveways. That’s why BM Vallá, an Icelandic company, approached us to design and develop an online tool that allows potential clients to try out different pavement options for their driveways.
An intuitive tool
Our web application allows users to project realistic 3D renders of pavement onto a photo of their driveway through physically based rendering. Our team collaborated closely with BM Vallá and their target audience to develop a fast, user-friendly and intuitive tool. Combining our skills in design research, UX/UI design, graphical design, animation, and development, we were able to create a product that not only delivers high-quality results but also provides a pleasant user experience.
